Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance which is due to fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, other acts of God, strikes, labor disputes, wars, government requirements, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of such party.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indiana.
